More DescriptionThis daily planner is great for school age youth-11 and up. It has a place to write daily "to-do's" for school. There is a quote every day to get them thinking and reflecting. The author and their profession is given so it will open up their minds to the occupations that are out there that they may have never considered before. There is a space of self-care suggestions. Most they can do alone, some they can invite others to participate in and all of them are free. There is also a writing prompt at the end of each day with room to continue writing on the back or they can use the back page for their own daily journal. This book was created as an all in one book to teach kids how to identify what they are feeling and how to come up with their own strategies to cope with those feelings. At various points, the book will suggest finding people to talk with about what's going on in their mind or their life and will prompt them to figure out solutions on their own. There are also various little doodles for them to color as a calming tool or just because. This book was basically created to be a planner, a mindfulness journal, & a personal growth tool while having a discreet but super cool cover so they can take it with them wherever they go if they want or just keep it at home and work through it. It was also meant to open up lines of communication between children and the adults in their lives. And it can be kept as a keepsake to look back on.
