It will not provide you with a one size fits all approach, but help you analyze your life and current situation and create a plan that will work for you.This workbook will guide you during a period of 14 weeks. We start with a preparation phase of 2 weeks. During these 2 weeks you can go through the questions that will help you to get clear on what you want for your life, what your negative and limiting beliefs are and will help you to create an action plan for the upcoming 12 weeks. During these 2 weeks you will also track your eating habits and how these make you feel during the day. This will help you to adjust your nutrition and make a meal plan that will fit your needs and help you feel full of energy and be your best self.The second part has a duration of 12 weeks. In these 12 weeks we will plan and review our goals, meals and exercise day by day. Helping us to establish some healthy habits and get aware of our lifestyle and way of eating.
