The goal of this book is to embed positive words into your mind. During my darkest times in life, I had to dig myself out and I used affirmations to do it.
I started listening to the way I talked to myself and I wasn't happy with it. I noticed I was saying I can't a lot and continually rehearsing my fears. I was stopping my own progress from what I was telling myself. I learned if I truly didn't believe in myself how could others believe in me and all my grand visions. I was placing limitations on myself when my thoughts were not positive.
I started to write down the things I wanted to instill in my daughter, words that she could read and get strength from.
I wanted something tangible, if she should ever have to or when she needed to have my wise words to lean on. The more I thought the more words got stuck inside of my head. By doing so I started getting a whole bunch of creative ideas. It was like the more I wrote good things I thought good things and good people came to me.
The thoughts of worry were reduced, I felt less stressed. I felt I could focus more while mind was full of positive affirmations. Overall, it helped with the people who were around me because I was allowed to process more clearly and not react.

Working on this book was therapeutic because I had to take a look in the mirror. I wanted to capture the process that I have gone through and continue to go through. With that said I hope this book gives you the joy that it gave me while writing it. My goal is that my story and continuous transformation can empower you to transform your life. My journey has just begun these are some of the things I was repeating in my head. I really hope my story is motivation, inspiration and encouragement for someone else. I hope these affirmations will benefit you as much as they have helped me.
