The FBI is still in the spirit and image of Hoover who operate with impunity as if blacks were not citizens.Well meet Cooldre who walks inside his Psychiatrists office and found out that its Caucus passed a resolution in 1969 declaring that the # 1 cause of mental health problems of Blacks is white racism. All Praises are due attempts to explain the virtual inherent animosity most whites appear to have towards people of color and the Black collaborators who help its system.
