This bio-bibliography includes a catalog of his works, classified by genre, which documents 278 compositions (plus numerous derived pieces) composed from 1946 to 1991, indicating commissioning, dedication, instrumentation, duration, manuscript information, publication, recordings, and premieres and selected performances.
