Lieutenant Rogers and Sergeant Rodriguez of the Las Vegas Police Department are called to a crime scene that is bereft of any evidence, except for a victim that is barely alive, suffering from horrific injuries, and incapable of any form of communication with others.Aided by the unconventional investigatory methods of Terry Handren, the Midas Touch's CFO, and his offbeat friends, Roscoe Benson and Mac McGruder, the police launch a massive effort to identify and apprehend the vicious perpetrator.
