A particular question can be for 1 mark, 2 marks, 3 marks etc. The answers should be according to the marks allotted. This book is dedicated to my parents, without whose unlimited blessings this limited edition would not have been possible. The entire edition has been updated according to 2013-14 CBSE Board Examination Pattern to be held in March 2013. The Revised Schedule VI Part I of the Companies Act, 1956 has been incorporated.
