Many of these choices, she regretfully found, were disastrous. In desperation, she turned to God. At this point, she received His glorious salvation, but realized that the new life she experienced in Christ was also subject to a number of choices. Continuing her journey she came to the realization that even in the Christian world, many voices called to her in an effort to misdirect her once again. It was only in the daily reading of His Word. much prayer and the assistance of a few spiritually adept saints, could she attain the true peace and victory which only Christ can give.
