It's autumn once again. The leaves begin their transformation into magnificent colors and descend our heads in a slow twisting method. We as humans confront this cooling with our rituals. More DescriptionIt's autumn once again. The leaves begin their transformation into magnificent colors and descend our heads in a slow twisting method. We as humans confront this cooling with our rituals. For many, it is the fall harvest. This is the time when we as the human race take our pumpkins and apples and throw them in all manner of creations. Yet others have the ancient ritual of a burning sacrifice. Garments with hoods are worn as a great fire is built in hopes of the gods noticing us again. To me, it is a reflection about cycles. The moon waxes and wanes, empires rise and fall, and nature reclaims us so we may live again. Even the artist must face the cycle, from conception, to creation, to materialization of the work, to parting with the work. Only to have it start all over again. But the creative knows that this is the way. So they take that bittersweet feeling forward with them to create more love. Love begets, even more, love ad infinitum. It is from this cycle of creativity that allows me to bring you the latest Circus of Indie Artist entitled The Nevermore Edition. This is a small homage to Edgar Allan Poe and the poem that made him famous, The Raven. So find your ritual, get comfy, and let your mind wrap around the words of the muse.
