Global warming and its impacts on the Earth's weather patterns are considered part of contemporary climate change. Continuous human influences are deviations from equilibrium; therefore, health problems from climate change are likewise a significant worry.
Several examples include the loss of sea ice, increased sea levels, and longer, more intense heat waves that scientists predicted would occur in the past.
