He and his friend David Calloway, resist causing an explosive outcome that changes the lives of the four individuals forever. A black lawyer is hired by the court to defend the white motorist who claims his rights were violated. The black lawyer Cordell Stewart, must move past the racial tensions that build over the case jeopardizing his life and career.
