Country music star Tanya Tucker, sometimes called "the Female Elvis", was born on October 10, 1958 in Seminole, Texas.
Her first single, Delta Dawn, was both a country and pop hit. Although her career declined in the 1980s, Tucker eventually changed record labels and made a comeback.
