Pernot, Guillermo (Author)
Jose Andres is a Spanish American chef, restauranteur, TV Personality, teacher, and humanitarian, born in 1969 in Spain. In the aftermath of Hurricane Maria, he and his team of chefs fed thousands of people daily.
