On the day you complete your job/chore/activity either high-light, cross out or circle the day giving you a visual reflection of what you did and on which day you achieved them.

On the left hand side there is a "Notes" section where you can write down anything you wish, it can be for reminders, phone calls, messages, elaborating on a job you completed, what ever you desire.
