This conference volume contains contributions by authors from both countries on fundamental questions of liability. German description: Der wirtschaftliche Aufschwung Chinas ist in aller Munde. In Europa weniger bekannt ist die Tatsache, dass auch die chinesische Rechtswissenschaft grosse Anstrengungen unternimmt, um die Justiz zu modernisieren. Dabei hat die chinesische Strafrechtswissenschaft ein Niveau erreicht, welches ihr erlaubt, auf Augenhohe mit ihren europaischen Diskussionspartnern umzugehen. Dies zeigen die im vorliegenden Band versammelten Beitrage, die anlasslich der Tagung des Chinesisch-Deutschen Strafrechtslehrerverbands (CDSV) im Jahr 2017 in Hangzhou verfasst wurden. In der bereits vierten Auflage dieses seit 2010 andauernden Austauschs standen Fragestellungen zum Thema Schuld im Vordergrund.
