Desire has to come from you. If you don’t desire to be healed, that’s proof that you really can’t do it all yourself. That’s proof of your need for God. With divine grace, you can be inspired to desire healing. But maybe you didn’t learn to care about yourself, and when you don’t care about yourself, you don’t care about much at all.
You can remain in this place of not caring, and just keep on walking to your destruction....
More DescriptionDesire has to come from you. If you don’t desire to be healed, that’s proof that you really can’t do it all yourself. That’s proof of your need for God. With divine grace, you can be inspired to desire healing. But maybe you didn’t learn to care about yourself, and when you don’t care about yourself, you don’t care about much at all.
You can remain in this place of not caring, and just keep on walking to your destruction.
Or, if you were to notice that God has been trying to get your attention, you would know that there is more than destruction, something so beautiful and desirable that only one thing can resist it’s pull: hate.
So now, and in every moment until you die, you will have a choice between the ugliness of hatred and the beauty of God. That decision has to come from you.
It’s all yours.
