Although it is designed for the individual who wants to lead out in presenting the program to the public, it may also be used by a person who simply wants to know how to reverse or prevent Type 2 diabetes. It includes materials that are needed to present the class, instructions how to assemble a team of volunteers to help, instructions how to set up stations, and instructions for group coaches. Transcrlpts of lectures are synced with PowerPoint presentations which are attached on a USB flash drive. Classes are designed to be taught once a week for eight weeks. This gives the participant time to go home and put information received into practice before returning for more information, redirection, or encouragement. This is an educational program that is meant to be an adjunct to a physician's medical practice. It is not designed to take the place of a physician's advice.
