This dream journal has been designed specifically to help you record your first impressions upon waking. Including key emotions and themes of your dream. It then guides you to a moment of self-reflection and empowers you to logically and intuitively interpret your dream experience.

There are many factors that influence dreams, including what we consume both physically and emotionally. Among all the noise of our daily living, there is that beautiful light within you, your intuition. Your inner knowing that is often not heard. Not because you don't want to but because you may be overstimulated.

Ideally, your sleep patterns should be synchronized with natural circadian rhythms, allowing your body to heal and detoxify while you sleep. It also attempts to process and detoxify your waking experiences. That is why so much of what you watch, hear and generally experience or suppress shows up in your dreams.

Journaling helps us sift through what our brain is releasing and what our intuition is trying to point our attention to. This includes any healing you may be ready for. Carl Jung believed that nightmares or "shadows" and anxiety reveal themselves at often inappropriate times in our lives. He believed it is usually an indication that a person is ready to process and integrate their past experiences. Once you become aware of something and find courage to look at it, it is often not as scary as you thought because you may now have the emotional and intellectual tools to process it. Everyone's experience is different however and it is all part of life's great awakening process.
