Another Saarien podship and one of its crew are discovered. Eden turns to terror when an alien eugenics project is unveiled. Escape to the planet of Sheey suddenly loses its entire splendor when the ravages of the Tauron Occupation are revealed. Moela becomes ill due to her pregnancy while Retho and Nicraan partake of Ka-Manos. Seditionists are continuing with their covert plans to overthrow the Echelon regime, plotting which threaten the imminent annihilation of all Systemites, especially the Aidennians.
