A group of international terrorists, presumed to have been terminated years before, are confirmed to be alive and operating within the boarders of the United States. Now they have the capability to unleash weapons of mass destruction within the United States and their third world conspiracy to successfully undermine the stability of the U.S. Government looks to be inevitable. Brent Martin, a former U.S. Intelligence agent once tasked with the terrorists' destruction, is summoned back to the agency to counter their plan and preserve the safety of millions.
