As things develop, the emperor is faced with many challenges, which could jeopardize their peace agreement, they made with the delegates of the fifth and sixth unknown galaxies.One challenge, puts them in a precarious situation. Bracius finds out that traitors in his empire have been developing a biological weapon, for the Quaniuians. The Quaniuian Empire has had a peace treaty, with the Eternal Roman Empire for over a quarter century. This new biological weapon threatens that peace. The Quaniuians, accidently unleash this weapon in their empire, which brings devastation to their people. Bracius knows, if an antidote is not found. This biological weapon, has the potential to spread into his empire and wipeout, any civilization it comes in contact with. Seeing the potential danger, Bracius offers his assistance in finding a cure. Along with this, he has been asked by his daughter to support an uprising, against the Cheng Dynasty.
