Apatow, Unconventional Leadership Development: From "Living On The Edge" to being the "Cutting Edge." Anthony's photos from the field, connect the audience to the lives of those on the grassroots village levels in Syria, Iraq and Afghanistan, before the entire Middle East spiraled into a humanitarian and security emergency (2008-2016). Our vision and focus is to mobilize Village Stability Operations as a strategic objective of global Stabilization, Security, Transition and Reconstruction (SSTR) Operations, in a Comprehensive Approach (NATO Library Guides). All proceeds go to the UN NGO Humanitarian Resource Institute (HRI: U.S. 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization), and programs that include the Global Special Operations Network: Intelligence - Defense - Interpol - LEO Fusion Support, Humanitarian University Consortium, and United Nations Arts Initiative. Please consider a financial contribution, through the HRI web site: www.humanitarian.netThe mission of Arts Integration Into Education through the United Nations Arts Initiative is to connect educators and artists, who have the innovation, creativity and a connection with the grassroots level in 193 UN member countries, to impact prioritized humanitarian emergencies and relief operations. PrefaceFaces of Hope is a revolutionary effort to provide a direct connection through photos, to the grassroots village level. The photograph collection, taken by Anthony Stephen Malone, connect connect the audience to the lives of those on the grassroots village levels in Syria, Iraq and Afghanistan, before the entire Middle East spiraled into a humanitarian and security emergency (2008-2016).My global perspective comes from establishing a national grassroots emergency management support network to the International Disaster Information Network (IDIN) IDIN was developed in cooperation with leaders at the U.S. Federal Emergency Management Agency, to support remediation efforts for the Year 2000 Conversion in 193 UN member countries. Global infrastructure analysis and contingency planning for this transition served as the foundation for expansion into focus areas that ranged from biodefense to specialization in complex emergencies that were beyond the capabilities of governmental, United Nations (UN) , non-Governmental (NGO), and relief organizations. The role of the global coordinated defense community is critical for Stabilization and Security, prior to transition and reconstruction operations that effectively integrate the resources of the UN, NGO's and relief organizations, in what is called a Comprehensive Approach framework.Training as an anti-terrorism officer, and command level training through NATO and NATO Special Operations (2011-Present) have greatly contributed to the integration of IDIN resources into the HRI:H-II OPSEC Global Special Operations Network - Intelligence - Defense - Interpol - LEO Fusion Support.-- Stephen M. Apatow, President and Founder of Humanitarian Resource Institute, H-II OPSEC Expeditionary OperationsHumanitarian Resource InstituteHumanitarian Resource Institute (HRI), was established as a Nevada nonprofit organization in 1994. The mission was to address the cross section of needs defined during two national youth leadership projects, the first for substance abuse in 1990, and second for hunger, homelessness and poverty in 1993. 2011-Present. The Ultimate ObjectiveYou are defined by your actions not your words. -- Soren Sjogren, Danish Army Officer.HRI's shield reads "Omnia Vincit Amor" or Love Conquers All.
