Information about these parameters was obtained from farmers and A.I. technicians on appropriate proforma. Milk progesterone (P) concentration was used as an indicator of conception. Concentration of P in milk was determined using radioimmunoassay (RIA) kits provided by Food and Agriculture Organizationllnternational Atomic Energy Association (FAO/IAEA). Results indicated that the overall conception rate through A.I. under field condition was 28.8%.
