The local sheriff is quick to dismiss the allegations as figments of a writer's imagination. Kasey, going against her grandfather's wishes, is determined to prove otherwise. Single father, and local park ranger, Jimmy Little Raven suspects Kasey may be on to something. His best friend was engaged to Beth and he too died a suspicious death. He's been around the area long enough to know things aren't always as they seem. After Kasey and Jimmy compare notes, they come to the conclusion that something sinister is going down in Fire Creek, and that knowledge could place their lives in peril also.
