He enjoys catching up with friends he hasn't seen in years, reliving memories and good times. He remembers Dani, his cousin Katie's best friend, the girl who disdained him because she expected better of him. Between the crusade, concerts, recording a new CD, and the wedding of Katie and Andy, Dani's brother, Kurt and Dani don't have much personal time. That suits her just fine. She made a vow of purity, to protect her ministry and Firesong's reputation. However, sometimes she just wants to hit Kurt, because he says he understands her reasoning, yet at the same time he keeps giving her those looks ... When tragedy strikes, Dani questions her decisions, her vows, and her dedication. Kurt vows to be her shelter, that she'll never be alone -- but will she let him be there for her?
