Footzoning is a technique to promote health by stimulating the nerve endings in the foot.  This instructional book contains interactive material designed to help you learn the foot zone map. The foot zone map is split into four distinct areas and each book contains one of these areas. Book one contains area one, book two contains area two, etc. This is book four. Book one also includes introductory material that every would be footzoner needs to know including the history of footzoning, contraindications, and how to prepare a footzone session.  Each book includes:  1.
