Jose Andres is a Spanish American chef, restauranteur, TV Personality, teacher, and humanitarian, born in 1969 in Spain. In the aftermath of Hurricane Maria, he and his team of chefs fed thousands of people daily. His books include, Tapas; A Taste of Spain in America, Made in Spain: Spanish Dishes for the American Kitchen, and We Fed an Island: The True Story of Rebuilding Puerto Rico, One Meal at a Time.
