We are a society that is constantly in motion with more activities than we can fit into our busy schedules. Occasionally, we need to take a break from our busy routine. Have you ever thought about what type of routine God has? Since he never sleeps, there is not a beginning or an ending to His routine. God is in continuous motion. The scriptures in the book attest to God bending down and stooping down on the behalf of His children. I have shared a part of our journey through the cancer experience, military time for my father, time with the UAB football team and working with the Athletic Training Center and the great experience of getting to know the wonderful athletes, coaches and staff. It is my hope that you will enjoy your time spent in reading the book and it will be encouraging to you and your journey through life.
