A gratitude practice helps us reflect on the beauty and gifts surrounding us but also inside of us. Through this journal, children and adults alike will learn to recognize their own bravery, kindness, strength, and self-love. Cultivating positive emotions not only feels good, but it helps us build enduring skills and resources that last far longer than fleeting emotions. These are gifts children can develop early in their lives and carry into adulthood.
