• I received the decision to retire on November 1, 2009. When I came home, I suddenly saw a diary that I had a habit of taking notes for many years. Time to preview the lights of Hanoi, meet the poems written in the past few days, especially the time I study and work abroad. So I intend to gather these poems as a souvenir for myself, my friends and my family. The poems made in Russian I translate into Vietnamese, some of my translations from famous foreign poets I love.
• The whole book of poems exudes a great love, which is the overarching characteristic of the poetic and lyrical people of Bac Ninh. It is the love of home, country, love of parents, siblings, compatriots and comrades. It was the faithful love of a boy and a girl turned into a patriotism. It is the love of the Party, Uncle Ho, with the career we pursue, the ideal we worship.
• I want to dedicate this poem to my wife, a faithful, committed partner, a career-loving teacher dedicated to her career in education.
• I also want to dedicate this book of poetry to my children so that they can understand more about their fathers, so they can ponder, contemplate and draw for themselves useful things.
