More DescriptionRaven and those helping him now have two problems. Representatives from the Hathican Nation had been sent to request assistance in returning their Strongholds to them. They had been taken through deception by those who pretended to be friends. The Hathican Nation would not be able to help Kalandra in the great war if they could not get their Strongholds back and have the enemy driven out. The task seemed to be impossible for the Strongholds had never fallen to invaders since they were built thousands of years ago. Something terrible had also happened in Aphrasia. A person very close to Raven had been killed and Layne was in desperate trouble. She had been judged and condemned by the council, stripped of her title and thrown into the dungeons in Aphrasia. The evidence that she was guilty was so compelling that even those at Zin and in Aphrasia that truly believed she was not guilty could do nothing to help her. All those trained at Zin were bound by their codes to protect the laws of their great city and could not help Layne. That meant that Raven could personally do nothing to help Layne and he was furious. All those that loved and cared for her knew that she was not guilty. Would they find a way to prove Layne's innocence, or is she destined to be in prison for the rest of her long life?
