Every era a new ISIS will be born unless we do away with Abu Bakr and Omar. Frankly, one must target the ideological roots of terrorism in order to eliminate it. Therefore, we should focus our efforts on raising awareness among Muslims of these peoples crimes and we should call upon them to wash their hands of them. We should focus our efforts on turning people into righteous Rafidhi's (Shia who reject the corrupt Caliphs). This is what will eliminate terror once and for all.
