The dishes are a lot simpler to make than they sound (or taste!). And, for the price you can't go wrong. I have the print edition of the book rather than the Kindle, and I'm glad I do. The pictures are colorful and really pop, and I also enjoy being able to flip to the index and reference section at the back of the book.
