The extrapolation of the chemical interface between atoms and molecules to human interactions may provide a comprehensive understanding of life. Knowledge translation is essential part of any field of research. Usually the scientists are focused on single independent chemical/biochemical reactions in basic science research. Yet, translating the data obtained in the research into real life challenges is missed. There is little literature on the underlying chemistry of life and science might have come short of addressing most of the current human challenges such as physical fitness, mental balance, and a better quality of life. "Homeostasis" is a dynamic state of steady inner physical and chemical conditions in living organisms which can guarantee a better lifestyle if maintained properly.The scientific approach uses experimental means to investigate single biochemical reactions to explain the borderline between healthy and diseased conditions. However, this article tries to provide a holistic view of physical and mental fitness using basic chemistry laws and principles. Promotion and protection of people's health are essential to sustain economic and social development and contributes to a better quality of life and world peace
