This journal was created to help you connect with your shadow self and address the things that trigger you. I have learned that many of our triggers come from when we where children or traumatic events in our lives. Which unresolved can lead to us acting out in unhealthy ways or responding to things in a way that may harm us more than bring us good. By addressing these triggers we may have the long sit down with ourselves that we often avoid. That many of our problems is because of what we failed to resolved or even accept. We chose to just simply ignore them. Writing down the when, the what, the why and the who of a lot of situations in our lives will allow us to learn more about ourselves and become more comfortable with who we are. Once we can accept who we are we can share that in a more healthier way with others. leading to stronger relationships and lasting love life.
