That is why in this book we will discuss the interpersonal relationships to avoid or to deal with, how it affects us on the road to success, as well as how they can help us for achieving success faster and more sustainably.

Perhaps the most difficult thing in this book was the placement of the chapters and subchapters, but the easiest and most enjoyable was the writing, and the moment when I went into a state of flow. This book is not about how to get rich quick scheme, it is not too much about how to get rich materially, but rather about how to become a better-quality person so the people will follow you as a leader, and I am sure you have the leader within you; however, it was not discovered yet. "You do not have to follow wealth, become a quality human, and wealth will follow you." Because I enjoyed reading books on financial education, business, personal development, psychology, and more, I thought about what would come out if I combined all these fields into one book, and so I managed to write this book because of all my knowledge gained over the years.

The thing that makes this book unique compared to other books in the field of personal development, is the combination of quotes and the fact that it was written in a simple language understood by everyone from academics to ordinary people. One of the main focuses was on emotions and emotional intelligence, and how these things can lift you or drop you from your success.

Why are emotions crucial in the age we live in?

Since ancient times all beings on earth have been in a continuous struggle for survival, in those times the strongest physically survived until humans appeared, at the beginning having problems with other creatures that were stronger, possessed poison, or sharp claws, yet this biped mammal ended up in controlling an entire planet, although is not the strongest physically the humans finished, succeeded over the generations to control the world. Even among humans, hundreds or thousands of years ago physical strength dominated the world, meaning that the strongest male had access to more resources and mating options, yet since the industrial revolution, things have taken an interesting turn, nowadays this aspect of emotional intelligence, more than ever is in trend and continues to grow, namely controlling emotions will the future "superpower" which a human can detain.

If in prehistoric times or in Roman times the strongest won almost everything, today there is no longer need for physical strength, if only needed that physical strength to survive, most people would not resist in this era of changes and stress. That is why, today more than ever more and more people need mental strength and control over their emotions, therefore whoever masters these qualities, has great chances to get almost everything they want from money, or a beautiful career to relationships, and status. Therefore, in this book, dear reader, you will teach you a lot of interesting things that will change your life.
