Others might say they brought it together. All I know for sure is that I've never in my life felt more heart, love and strength than I did in the aftermath of that devastation. There's a reason why, "The Love in the Air Is Thicker Than the Smoke" became the motto for the community and surrounding cities. It's because that's how it felt to live there. We were instantly connected. And we still are. This book is an example of that. The stories included are ones of triumph, heartbreak, hope and perseverance. Paul has done a fantastic job bringing people together to talk about a difficult chapter in their lives. He wanted their stories to be told in their own words.
