Managers in all types of organizations have said that both they and their organizations are only as good as the people employed in them. Industry is taken as a group of productive firms concerned with a particular business dealing with tangible products or other services. It is a part of business activity, which concerns itself with the raising production, processing or fabrication of products. Industrial Management is concerned with much broader functions in a company. It is simultaneously using the ability to apply engineering principles and the skill in organising and directing resources, people and projects. An Industrial manager manages technical functions and broader business functions.
