The need for a radical change in the educational paradigm at the stage of transition to a post-industrial society, whose economy will be based on information technology, is just beginning to be realized by education. At the same time, the real psychological processes in the lives of current generations, especially young people, who are on the threshold of independent professional life, indicate that education lags far behind the needs of life. This is due to the fact that the modern educational paradigm, formed in an environment where access to new information was limited to a wide range and as a consequence, stimulates mainly reproductive forms of learning.
