I use minerals regularly myself. I drink clay, zeolite, diatomaceous earth (mixed in water) for detoxification purposes. Externally, I use salts and clays in baths, compresses, magnesium oil sprays for relaxation, pain relief, fatigue and insomnia.
Clay is an amazing substance which detoxifies the body thanks to its ability to attract positively charged toxic ions (clay particles are negatively charged). A lot of our illnesses happen because of various toxic factors that are so abundant these days. Clays and minerals help to gently remove heavy metals and other toxic waste.
Clays, muds and salts are also fantastic and cheap beauty products. They work on the skin by purifying it, regenerating cells, improving blood circulation that ensures more nutrients reaching the skin.
