Alex is a fiery journalist from Vizag. He is a voracious journalist working with a leading newspaper in Hyderabad. His wife hannah is a famous Vlogger and his parents are settled in Vizag. Alex gets the State award for being an exceptional Journalist. Venkat Reddy, a politician presents him the award during a ceremony. The same day his article about Reddy and his crimes gets published online while he walks out with the award from the venue. Venkat Reddy loots funds earmarked for helpless people . This article outright shakes the entire state politics and people. Reddy denies any wrongdoing in every channel interview and pleas that he is being targeted. As a retaliation to the bad-mouthing about Reddy, his sub- ordinates unleash an attack on Alex house. Alex wife hannah gets seriously injured and she is also partially paralyzed. Alex usually doesn't bow to anything but his wife's condition really affects him and on the top of that he hears the news: "Reddy tries to commit suicide by jumping off a train, condition critical" Now Alex is confused about why Reddy would try to commit suicide.

This incident turns everyone against Alex including his colleagues. In protest of Dheshabhumi's decision to retract the article, Alex resigns from the job. Fearing that Alex family is in danger, Alex's friend forces him to go back to his home town. Half-heartedly, Alex decides to go back to Vizag. Police take up a case against Alex for Suicide Incitement. Court deliberations follow and Alex gets remanded for 10 days. After the remand, Alex has 2 months until the next hearing. The condition of Reddy is improving but he still cannot talk. Alex still cannot prove his innocence. He takes up a small job as a obituary section editor, that is when he spots an article about a man aged 30 committing suicide by jumping off a train. Despite being a normal article, he feels that there is something fishy about the case and probes further into the matter. To his surprise, he finds out that similar incidents involving 5 deaths have happened in the last 1 year. The fact that police and the general public didn't notice this series of incidents strikes him as mysterious. Without anybody knowing, he embarks on an investigation. Upon investigation, he finds that Reddy's Incident is connected to this case. He understands that solving this case might lead to proving his innocence.
