It is a witty comedy about a JUCO coach's journey from having his controversial mediocre professional career end abruptly to taking the reigns as the new head men's basketball coach at his alma matter (JUCO). From there, he takes on a group of typical JUCO player prototypes with various issues and character flaws, coaching them to win the state championship. Along the way, he reflects upon previous life experiences that had significantly influenced him as he attempts to teach horrible life lessons to his players. The coach has several people that will help him and some, that will make his job difficult, himself included. During his journey, the coach is narrating throughout like he is speaking to his Psychiatrist because, she is the one who persuaded him to document his journey. Via interviews conducted by different characters and personal reflection; the coach expresses his unfiltered feelings throughout these extraordinary sequences of events.
