The first part of the book addresses the issues and themes that throw new light on the richness of this Wisdom literature reassessment, from the Book of Proverbs to the later texts of the Old Testament and even the New Testament. The second part offers five iconic textual studies of the Book of Proverbs; then for Job and Ecclesiastes, a global reading of each of these books is offered. French description: Les etudes du courant sapientiel biblique se sont totalement renouvelees depuis une cinquantaine d'annees. L'auteur de ce volume a participe a cette redecouverte et les etudes qu'il a donnees en apportent la preuve. Une premiere partie aborde les questions et les themes qui permettent de saisir sous une lumiere nouvelle la richesse de ce couvrant sapientiel depuis le livre des Proverbes jusque dans les textes tardifs de l'Ancien Testament et meme dans le Nouveau.
