The three groups (metaphors for 'professionals', 'intellectuals', and 'entrepreneurs') disagreed at the beginning of the journey and parted ways in search for immunity, safety, and glitters respectively. The professionals seek immunity first; the intellectuals seek safety first; while the entrepreneurs seek glitters first (all in the epic journey to find the Princess - a symbol of happiness).
