This book is a compilation of flashbacks from my life between the ages of 7 and 38 expressed through poetry and accompanying prose. It chronicles my journey through being abused sexually, physically and emotionally, suffering from agoraphobia, panic attacks, post traumatic stress disorder and borderline personality disorder. My hope is that this book may offer some insight and comfort to anyone who is currently going through or has gone through periods in their life similar to mine.
