At eight years old I decided that I would no longer eat meat. It was thought complete madness by just about everybody. That was more than 60 years ago and things have changed considerably in the world, including how vegetarians are perceived. I have had to endure much ridicule and jokes about rabbit's food during those 60 some years. This small book is about my journey, illnesses overcome, what I've learned about nutrients, my own (yummy) recipes and a few other recommendations for healthy living. As I write this, I consider myself quite healthy, also according to my doctor, and therefore I hope that by writing about my experiences can help others battling ill health or just staying in good health. Living with pain sucks, and I am happy to be rid of it.
