The purpose of this report is to describe the evaluation of the medium-term outcomes of a Worker Readiness training programme provided by Living Way. This report is also submitted in partial fulfillment of the requirements of the post-graduate diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation Methods, offered by the Universityof Stellenbosch.The report is divided into six main sections. The first section describes the programme, the second section describes the evaluation purpose and methodology. The programme theory and logic model are analysed in the third section. The data collection process is described in section four, followed by the resultant findings, and then recommendations are made in the final section.Susan Farrell has a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) in Business Information Systems, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation (cum laude).
