No matter where you are in your journaling journey, this journal was made for you!In this journal you will find pages at the beginning of each month to write out your vision for the month. Plan out what you want to focus on throughout the month! Write out tangible goals and the emotions you want to focus on feeling. At the end of the month you will find a page where you can reflect on how the month went. This is a great place to celebrate the things you accomplished and reflect on what you've learned.Each calendar day has a section to write down seven things you are grateful for, as well as, seven lines of daily refection to write about whatever you'd like each day, per year.In the back of the book, you will also find three 12 Month Trackers that are for recording anything from your exercise routine to your health goals, to your daily water or supplement intake.You'll also find three pages, one per year, to record the books you've read and another three pages to track any traveling you've done each year!
