Author Biography
Butler, Jenna (Editor)
Jane Eaton Hamilton was born in Ontario, Canada in 1954. She is the author of nine books of short fiction and poetry. Her works include Going Santa Fe, Hunger, Love Will Burst into a Thousand Shapes, and Weekend. Her short fiction won the CBC Literary Award in 2003 and in 2014. She's had a notable in Best American Short Stories and Best American Essays in 2016, and has been included in the Journey Prize Anthology, Best Canadian Short Stories, and Best Canadian Poetry. Her work has appeared in numerous publications including Salon, En Route, The Rumpus, The Missouri Review, and the New York Times. Under the pen name J. A. Hamilton, she has written Steam-Cleaning Love, July Nights and Other Stories, and Body Rain.
