Logbook

My daughter was diagnosed with T1D at 4 years old. While this new diagnosis of fighting highs and lows made me feel out of control, the one thing that made me feel in control was keeping a logbook. A logbook made it easy to check when I questioned "Why did she spike so high after that meal?" or "Why is she dropping low now?". My daughter was diagnosed with T1D at 4 years old. While this new diagnosis of fighting highs and lows made me feel out of control, the one thing that made me feel in control was keeping a logbook. A logbook made it easy to check when I questioned "Why did she spike so high after that meal?" or "Why is she dropping low now?". When searching for logbooks online, all I could find were books geared towards those with Type 2 Diabetes or books that just weren't detailed enough to keep track of everything there is to keep track of with Type 1 Diabetes.
